Need to email? Tap the developer name on the Velocipede App Store listing — Apple lists the support contact there. We don't post the email on this page so spammers can't scrape it.
When you write in, include your iOS / iPadOS / macOS version and a one-line summary of what you were trying to do. Replies usually within a couple of days.

How do I add a waypoint to a route?
In Route Mode (the default): long-press anywhere on the map. You can also
use Search for Address (⌘F) or Add by Lat/Lon
from the ⋮ menu, or import a GPX file with <wpt> /
<rtept> entries.
How do I generate a route between waypoints?
Tap Generate (⌘G) in the bottom toolbar. Choose Apple Maps Route for real road/path routing or Straight Line (⇧⌘G) when Apple doesn't know about the trail.
What's the difference between Route Mode and Waypoint Mode?
Route Mode produces an ordered route (a track) between waypoints —
the export contains both <wpt> entries and a
<trk> segment. Waypoint Mode produces an
unordered collection of points of interest — the export is
<wpt>-only. POIs in a collection don't connect to each
other.
How do I cancel a monthly subscription?
Settings → Support Velocipede → Manage / Cancel Subscription. Apple handles cancellation in the system sheet. You can also cancel from System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on any of your devices.
Why didn't my one-time tip restore?
One-time tips are consumable purchases by App Store rules — they're real charges processed by Apple, but they're not entitlements that travel with your Apple Account. Active monthly subscriptions do restore via Settings → Restore Purchases. The thank-you state for one-time tips is remembered per-device.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes. Saved routes, waypoint collections, and imported layers sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac via your private iCloud database — only you can read it. App settings, the in-progress draft, and the welcome / help state stay per-device. Toggle sync on/off under Settings → Sync.
I don't see my data on a new device.
Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple Account, that iCloud Drive is enabled in System Settings, and that Settings → Sync → iCloud sync is on inside Velocipede. First-launch sync may take up to a minute while iCloud delivers the records.
How do I open a .gpx or .kml file from elsewhere?
Tap the file in Mail, Files, Messages, AirDrop, or drag-and-drop onto the
Mac app. Velocipede shows up in the Open With… menu. KML files always
import as layers; GPX files import as a layer if they contain
<trkpt> track points, or append to the active route's
waypoints if they only contain <wpt> entries.
How do I revoke location permission?
System Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Velocipede.
App Store reviews
If you've got a few seconds, an App Store review helps a lot — Velocipede has no marketing budget, so word of mouth is the entire growth channel.

Use the support contact on the App Store listing (see top of page). Include version + a brief description; screenshots help. There's no public issue tracker — keeping things human-scale.
